Exchange Policy

This Exchange Policy (14 days, unactivated codes) is separate from and in addition to our 30-day money-back guarantee (see Refunds & Returns). For a refund, use the Refund Policy; to switch editions, use this Exchange Policy.

If you purchased the wrong edition, contact us within 14 days and we'll exchange your license for a different edition of equal or lesser value at no extra cost. If you'd like to upgrade to a higher edition, you only pay the price difference.

Exchanges are processed within 24 hours of approval. We'll deactivate the original license and issue a new activation code for the chosen edition.
