How do I install VirtualPlaza Books?+
Use the download link in your order email. Run the installer, enter your activation code when prompted, and you're done. If you get stuck, email contact@virtualplaza.shop.
What are the system requirements?+
Windows 10/11 or macOS 12+, 4 GB RAM, 2 GB of disk space, and an internet connection for the one-time activation.
My activation code isn't working — help!+
Make sure you're copying the full code with no extra spaces. If it still fails, contact us and we'll issue a fresh code on the spot.
Refunds & guarantees
What's your refund policy?+
